IMPORTANT: Livestock Schedule amendments...
We would like to draw livestock competitors attention to an updated version of the Livestock Schedule published today. This updated schedule, now available for download from the downloads page, reflects changes made to classes 68 to 72 which changes from the 'British Limousin' section to the 'British Blue Cattle' section. |

A new version of the Light Horse Schedule for 2009 is now available on the Downloads page. Changes have been made to the 'Qualifiers' for the following:
Classes 116-120 Ridden Hunter
Classes 125-127 Riding Horse
Classes 163-166 Ridden Cob

MAIN RING EVENTS ANNOUNCED...
Main Ring Events for the 2009 Moorgreen Country Show have been published on the Main Ring Events page, and amongst some of the events announced so far are Unaffiliated Show Jumping, The Drakes of Hazard, The Dancing Diggers, Birds of Prey, Mechanicals and the South Notts Hunt Parade. Sponsorship...
Moorgreen Show is pleased to announce that the Show's principal sponsor - Broxtowe Borough Council - has renewed its full support for 2009.
In addition other generous supporters - Greasley Parish Council and the Greasley Estates Moorgreen Reservoir Carp Fishery - have also confirmed their long-running sponsorship of the Show. Similarly, Maplebeck Holdings of Moorgreen Industrial Estate have again put their support in to the Show.
"It is only with the support of these organisations that we are able to improve facilities and attractions for our visitors," said Show Secretary, Andrew Marshall. "Their sponsorship also means that again we have been able to peg admission prices so that families can enjoy a value-for-money day out." |
